Embark on a fascinating sensory journey between the Orient and Asia with this cocktail rich in intense and warm flavors.

Ingredients :

  • 50 ml of rum
  • A few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise 
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few cardamom seeds
  • A few pepper seeds
  • 10 ml of cane sugar syrup

Decoration:

A star anise flower and crushed pepper for an authentic touch.

Glass :

Serve this cocktail in an Old Fashioned glass to highlight the complex spices and flavors while providing an elegant presentation.

Instructions :

  1. Pour the rum into an Old Fashioned glass.
  2. Add a few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise for a touch of aromatic depth
  3. In a mortar, crush the cardamom seeds, cinnamon powder and a few peppercorns, and add it to the rum.
  4. Stir in cane sugar syrup for a subtle sweetness.
  5. Stir gently to mix the flavors well.
  6. Add an ice cube
  7. Decorate with a star anise flower and ground pepper.
