In a new adventure, Antésite is setting out to meet artisans by producing a series of video reports dedicated to the passionate professionals who create culinary creations based around our iconic drink. This is an opportunity to discover all the possible uses of Antésite in the kitchen, test new flavor combinations, and, above all, meet these artisans who help promote the brand.
Episode 1 – The Butterfly 1830 by Maison 1830
For the first episode, we entered Maison 1830, an exceptional bakery and pastry shop where expertise and creativity meet under the leadership of Xavier and Loris, the two founders. Their pastry, "Le Papillon 1830," which earned them the title of Best Bakery in the Alps in 2024 during the show broadcast on M6, is a true work of art. An elegant bow tie enhanced by a delicate filling made with our Hibiscus Raspberry Pomegranate concentrate.
Episode 2 – Antésite Anis ice cream and ice cream sandwich by Eclats des cimes
In this 2nd episode we go behind the scenes of Christine's laboratory, Master ice cream maker Eclats des cimes and her pretty shop located in the heart of the mountains in St Pierre de Chartreuse. It's the story of the meeting between artisanal know-how and the unique Antésite touch which gives birth to an ice cream with a surprising flavor! Little bonus: once poached between 2 cookies, we obtain a delicious cookie ice cream!
Episode 3 – Licorice-pear jam by Mes p'tits Boc'oh
Episode 3 takes us to meet Nathalie, a master jam maker who offers creative and original jams made from local and seasonal products. Her love of taste led her to Antésite to offer two bold recipes: Pear – Anise Licorice and Pear – Ginger Licorice! A delight that we will also offer for sale in our shop!
