Recipe for a cake
Ingredients:
- 250 g wholemeal flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 100 g liquid honey
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Antesite Licorice Tangerine Bergamot
- 200 ml milk
- 80 g melted butter
- 1 egg
Recipe instructions :
- Preheat oven to 160°C (fan oven). Butter and lightly flour your cake tin.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and spices in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the warmed milk with the honey, melted butter and Antesite. Then add the beaten egg.
- Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth and homogeneous.
- Pour the batter into the tin and bake for around 45-50 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before unmolding.
