Ingredients :
- 15 cl of whole milk (or plant-based milk for a vegan version)
- 3 cl of Antésite Licorice Anise concentrate
- 30g of dark or milk chocolate (chopped or in pistoles)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional depending on the chocolate)
- A little cocoa powder for sprinkling (optional)
Decoration:
- Square marshmallows (like Chamallows) - for the reindeer's body
- Cloves - for the reindeer's eyes
- Chocolate chips or raisins - for the reindeer's nose
- Rosemary sprigs for reindeer antlers

Prepare the hot chocolate:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat without letting it boil.
- Add the chopped chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Next, incorporate the Antésite Anis and mix gently.

Pour into the cup:
- Pour the hot chocolate into a clear or festive mug.

Create the reindeer on the marshmallow:
- Eyes: stick two cloves into the marshmallow.
- Nose: add a chocolate chip or a raisin.
- Antlers: Gently insert a sprig of rosemary on top to make the reindeer antlers.
Place a square marshmallow floating on top of the hot chocolate.

Finishes (optional) :
- Sprinkle a little cocoa powder or chocolate shavings around the marshmallow for an even more festive effect.
- Add a few mini sugar pearls to imitate snow.
