Ingredients :
- 20cl of sparkling apple juice
- A touch of cinnamon
- A few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise
Decoration:
- A licorice roll candy to unroll on top of the glass.
- A slice of apple
Glass :
Choose a wide, clear glass to showcase the drink and its licorice candy. A tumbler glass is ideal for its stability and elegant appearance.
Instructions :
- Pour 20cl of sparkling apple juice into a clear glass
- Add a few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise to enhance the flavors 3. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon
- Mix everything gently.
- Cut a ray from a licorice candy and place it astride the top of the glass for a fun finishing touch. Same goes for the apple wedge.
