Licorice Apple & Api Apple

Discover a mocktail that is as fun as it is delicious, combining the sweet pleasure of sparkling apple with the authenticity of liquorice. (strongly inspired by a children's nursery rhyme...)
With a fun twist: a licorice candy to unroll for a unique experience!

Ingredients :

20cl of sparkling apple juice
A touch of cinnamon
A few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise

Decoration:

A licorice roll candy to unroll on top of the glass.
A slice of apple

Glass :

Choose a wide, clear glass to showcase the drink and its licorice candy. A tumbler glass is ideal for its stability and elegant appearance.

Instructions :

Pour 20cl of sparkling apple juice into a clear glass
Add a few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise to enhance the flavors 3. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon
Mix everything gently.
Cut a ray from a licorice candy and place it astride the top of the glass for a fun finishing touch. Same goes for the apple wedge.
