Poached Pears with Antésite Hibiscus Raspberry

  1. Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Place in a saucepan, covering with water. Add the Antésite Hibiscus Raspberry-Pomegranate, a little red food coloring, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla. Bring to a gentle boil for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the pears and reduce the liquid by half with 100g of fresh raspberries (15-20 mins). Turn off the heat and put the pears back in until ready to serve the dessert.
  3. Serve in bowls with the juice, remaining fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.
