Sparkling Snow

Bubbles for a guaranteed successful festive aperitif!

Ingredients :

  • 3 cl of Antésite Licorice Lemon
  • 9 cl of champagne (or sparkling wine)
  • 1 dash of fresh lemon juice (optional to accentuate the acidity)
  • Ice

Decoration:

  • Grated coconut and white sugar pearls (for a snowy effect)

Glass :

Instructions :

  1. To prepare the snowy glass : dip the rim of the glass in syrup or honey, then in a mixture of grated coconut and white sugar pearls to create an elegant snow effect.
  2. Mix Antésite Lemon and lemon juice : in a shaker, pour the Antésite Lemon with some ice cubes and a dash of lemon juice. Shake lightly.
  3. Pour into the glass : filter the mixture into the prepared glass.
  4. Add the champagne : gently top up with the champagne, so that the bubbles blend delicately with the Antésite Citron.
