Ingredients :
- 3 cl of Antésite Licorice Lemon
- 9 cl of champagne (or sparkling wine)
- 1 dash of fresh lemon juice (optional to accentuate the acidity)

- Grated coconut and white sugar pearls (for a snowy effect)

Instructions :
- To prepare the snowy glass : dip the rim of the glass in syrup or honey, then in a mixture of grated coconut and white sugar pearls to create an elegant snow effect.
- Mix Antésite Lemon and lemon juice : in a shaker, pour the Antésite Lemon with some ice cubes and a dash of lemon juice. Shake lightly.
- Pour into the glass : filter the mixture into the prepared glass.

Add the champagne : gently top up with the champagne, so that the bubbles blend delicately with the Antésite Citron.
