JAMAICAN'TESITE

Ingredients :

• 4 cl Jamaican Rum
• 10 drops of Antésite licorice ginger
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 4 cl Ginger beer
• Dash of sparkling water
  

Decoration:

A piece of candied ginger

Glass :

• Lowball Glass

Instructions :

1. In a shaker, pour all the ingredients except the ginger beer and sparkling water.

2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

3. Top off with ginger beer and a splash of sparkling water to lengthen and balance.

4. Mix gently with a spoon.

5. Decorate with candied ginger mounted on a skewer
