Ingredients :
- 4 cl Jamaican Rum
- 10 drops of Antésite licorice ginger
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 4 cl Ginger beer
- Dash of sparkling water
Decoration:
A piece of candied ginger

Instructions :

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients except the ginger beer and sparkling water.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

Top off with ginger beer and a splash of sparkling water to lengthen and balance.

Mix gently with a spoon.

Decorate with candied ginger mounted on a skewer
