Ingredients :
- 2 cl Antésite Ginger
- 4 cl amber rum
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- 1 cl cane sugar syrup
- 8 cl ginger beer
- Ice cubes
Garnish:
- A slice of lime and a thin slice of fresh ginger
Glass :
- Highball glass
Instructions:
- In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the Ginger Antesite, amber rum, lime juice and cane sugar syrup.
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
- Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
