ngredients :
- 8 drops Antesite Licorice Eucalyptus Pine
- 4 cl gin (or a non-alcoholic alternative for a mocktail version)
- 2 cl fir syrup
- 1 cl fresh lemon juice
- 10 cl chilled sparkling water
- A few ice cubes
Garnish:
- A sprig of fir and a little sugar around the rim of the glass for a frosted effect.
Glass :
Instructions:
- Pour the gin, fir syrup, lemon juice and 8 drops of Antésite Licorice Eucalyptus Pin into a shaker.
- Add 3 to 4 ice cubes to the shaker
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to combine flavors
- Pour the filtered preparation into a glass and top up with sparkling water
