Energy Balls Dates & Ginger Anthemis

A healthy and delicious snack, ideal for an energy boost!

Ingredients :

  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 50 g of hazelnuts and almonds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. of Antésite Licorice Ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds or grated coconut (for coating)

Preparation :

  1. Mix the dates, cocoa and Antésite ginger until you get a sticky paste.
  2. Roughly crush the almonds and hazelnuts and add the pieces to the dough.
  3. Form small balls and roll them in sesame or coconut.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
