Ingredients :
- 150 g pitted dates
- 50 g of hazelnuts and almonds
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. of Antésite Licorice Ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or grated coconut (for coating)
Preparation :
- Mix the dates, cocoa and Antésite ginger until you get a sticky paste.
- Roughly crush the almonds and hazelnuts and add the pieces to the dough.
- Form small balls and roll them in sesame or coconut.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
