Exotic kiwi, banana and hibiscus crumble

Recipe for 6 people

Ingredients :

  1. Peel the kiwis and bananas and cut them into cubes. Place them in a hot frying pan and sprinkle with 50 g of sugar. Let caramelize for a few minutes, add the Antésite or orange blossom. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter and the remaining sugar. Then pour in the flour and fine breadcrumbs. Knead until you obtain a sandy dough.
  4. Arrange coarsely crumbled speculoos biscuits in individual pots or in a large baking dish. Then spread the kiwi/banana compote. Cover with dough and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream for an even more delicious treat.
