Ingredients :
- 200ml of milk (vegetable or animal)
- 50g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey
- A few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise
- A pinch of cinnamon for a spicy touch (optional)
Decoration:
A generous dome of whipped cream covered with cocoa for a very gourmet presentation.

Two choices for two different atmospheres:
- Classic mug : For a cozy and
- Clear glass : To admire the creamy texture and decorations of the chocolate
Instructions :
- Heat 200ml of milk in a saucepan over low heat, without boiling it.
- Add 50g of dark chocolate cut into pieces and stir until completely melted and well combined
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of brown sugar or honey, depending on your preference for sweetness
- Beat everything well with a whisk to slightly thicken the milk.
- Remove from heat and add a few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise for a unique and slightly spicy flavor.
- Pour into a mug or glass For an extra spicy touch, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top
- Decorate with whipped cream for a delicious presentation, and sprinkle with cocoa.
