Chocolat Chaud à l’Antésite Réglisse Anis

Hot Chocolate with Antésite Licorice Anise

Transform your classic hot chocolate into a comforting drink with a touch of originality for a cocooning moment like no other!

Ingredients :

  • 200ml of milk (vegetable or animal)
  • 50g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey
  • A few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise
  • A pinch of cinnamon for a spicy touch (optional)

Decoration:

A generous dome of whipped cream covered with cocoa for a very gourmet presentation.

Glass :

Two choices for two different atmospheres:

  • Classic mug : For a cozy and
  • Clear glass : To admire the creamy texture and decorations of the chocolate

Instructions :

  1. Heat 200ml of milk in a saucepan over low heat, without boiling it.
  2. Add 50g of dark chocolate cut into pieces and stir until completely melted and well combined
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of brown sugar or honey, depending on your preference for sweetness
  4. Beat everything well with a whisk to slightly thicken the milk.
  5. Remove from heat and add a few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise for a unique and slightly spicy flavor.
  6. Pour into a mug or glass For an extra spicy touch, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top
  7. Decorate with whipped cream for a delicious presentation, and sprinkle with cocoa.
