Ingredients :
- 4 cl of Hibiscus Grapefruit Citrus Concentrate
- 6 cl of grapefruit juice
- 6 cl of sparkling pink lemonade
- Ice
Decoration:
- 1 barley sugar
- A few red berries (currants, cranberries)
Glass :
Instructions :
- To chill the glass: fill it with ice cubes for a few minutes, then empty the excess water.
- Add the ice cubes to the chilled glass.
- Layer the components, pouring very slowly:
- the Hibiscus Citrus concentrate at the bottom of the glass
- grapefruit juice on top
- the sparkling pink lemonade at the very top, to form the light and bubbly top layer.
- Festive decoration: delicately add a candy cane to the glass and add a few floating red berries for a sweet Christmas effect.
