Candy Crush

A sparkling and colorful drink for an original festive aperitif!

Ingredients :

Decoration:

  • 1 barley sugar
  • A few red berries (currants, cranberries)

Glass :

Instructions :

  1. To chill the glass: fill it with ice cubes for a few minutes, then empty the excess water.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the chilled glass.
  3. Layer the components, pouring very slowly:
    • the Hibiscus Citrus concentrate at the bottom of the glass
    • grapefruit juice on top
    • the sparkling pink lemonade at the very top, to form the light and bubbly top layer.
  4. Festive decoration: delicately add a candy cane to the glass and add a few floating red berries for a sweet Christmas effect.
