Ingredients :
- 2 cl of curaçao syrup
- 1 cl of rosemary syrup
- 0.5 cl of lime juice
- 15 drops of Antésite Réglisse Eucalyptus Pin
- A splash of sparkling water
Decoration:
A lime wedge and a sprig of rosemary
Glass :
Instructions :
1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Pour into the shaker:
- 2 cl of curaçao syrup
- 1 cl of rosemary syrup
- 0.5 cl of lime juice
- 15 drops of Antésite Licorice Eucalyptus Pine
3. Shake vigorously for about ten seconds
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
5. Add a splash of sparkling water to add lightness.
6. Mix gently with a spoon.
7. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lime.
