Bissap revisited with Antésite Hibiscus Raspberry Pomegranate

Our Antésite Hibiscus Raspberry Pomegranate concentrate 🌺 replaces the traditional hibiscus infusion from Bissap, a Senegalese specialty, and gives a very fruity base!

Ingredients :

  • 1 liter of fresh water
  • 3 tablespoons of Antésite Hibiscus Framboise
  • ½ tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • The juice of ½ lime
  • A few mint leaves
  • Ice

Decoration:

  • Some raspberries and pomegranate

Preparation :

  1. In a carafe, mix fresh water with the ultra-concentrated Antésite.
  2. Add the vanilla, orange blossom and lime juice.
  3. Slip in a few crushed mint leaves if you like a herbal touch.
  4. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes in a cool place so that the aromas can blend.
  5. Serve chilled with ice cubes, and whole raspberries and pomegranates in glasses.
