Ingredients :
- 1 square puff pastry
- 3 apples (for the compote) + 2 red apples (for the roses)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 10 drops of Antésite Licorice Ginger
Preparation :
- Compote: cook the apples with water, honey, cinnamon and Antésite.
- Cut the dough into a long rectangle and spread the compote over half of the length.
- Roses: Thinly slice the red apples, then microwave them for 1–2 minutes with water. Place the thin slices on the compote, fold the excess pastry over the top and roll everything up.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes at 180°C.
