A pioneer and forerunner, the creator of the concentrate went on to innovate within his own factory in terms of organization and his virtually self-sustaining operating mode. He saw the importance of marketing and set up a printing press within the factory, thus creating his own advertising workshop, as well as being one of the first users of direct marketing methods by organizing tasting sessions in popular public places.
The little bottles thus established a solid reputation.
